Milind Dange President & CEO

Milind Dange has many years of experience in complex product development, engineering and change management. For more than two decades, he worked in the automotive, boating and high-technology industries.

Most recently, he served as Vice President of Product Development and Engineering for Sea Ray Boats, Inc. His responsibilities included managing Concept Development, Design, Engineering and the Prototype manufacturing group. He was responsible for luxury boats ranging from 18’ all the way to 68’.

Prior to Sea Ray, Milind worked in Silicon Valley where he managed Program and Product Management as a Vice President for MobileAria, a start-up company that integrated wireless, Internet and Global Positioning Systems (GPS) to develop commercial and consumer products.

Before MobileAria, Milind was employed for 12 years by DaimlerChrysler in various leadership positions that included Product Strategy and Engineering Management responsibilities.

He has a BS from the Indian Institute of Technology, an MS from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
